Our market-leading neurodiversity WPA's are trusted by organisations, in both the public and private sectors, to support individuals and employers in fully understanding needs and implementing cost-effective and impactful reasonable adjustments. Both individuals and employers benefit from greater understanding, adjustments and strategies that improve inclusion, wellbeing and performance.

We're excited to announce a major enhancement to our already excellent WPA — combining leading digital capability with our expert psychological insight to deliver a more flexible, robust and impactful experience.

What's new?

Following an acquisition, we are deploying Do-IT Profiler, the leading neurodiversity digital assessments platform, and integrating it into our WPA, coaching and wider processes from mid-September 2026.

The new WPA combines digital assessment + expert psychologist input and will be conducted in two simple stages:

WPA Stage 1 — Digital Assessment

Individuals complete a validated digital assessment, underpinned by robust clinical standards and governance, designed to identify their strengths, needs and challenges.

It also captures important additional contextual information, with the option for line manager input which can also be completed online.

WPA Stage 2 — Expert Psychologist session

The digital assessment will provide in-depth findings to our psychologists prior to the appointment, allowing them to use these insights to inform a deeper understanding of the individual and support the development of tailored recommendations and workplace adjustments.

Why the change?

More robust

A richer understanding of strengths, needs and challenges leads to more effective outcomes.

More flexible

The digital assessment can be completed at a convenient time, reducing demands on the individual.

More impactful

Psychologist time can focus on what matters most — understanding, supporting and developing practical recommendations.

Technology meets expertise

This enhanced approach brings together the power of digital assessment with the human expertise of our psychologists, helping us deliver better experiences and better outcomes for the people we support.
