Neurodiversity Specialist Coaching

Our coaching provides personalised, one-to-one or collaborative support to help individuals and leaders thrive at work.

What is neurodiversity coaching?

Neurodiversity coaching is specialist, confidential workplace coaching delivered by qualified psychologists to help individuals and leaders perform at their best. Grounded in occupational psychology and neurodiversity expertise, it takes a practical, strengths-based approach, working collaboratively with each person to understand how they work best and what will make the biggest difference in their role.

Rather than one-size-fits-all advice, coaching focuses on real-world strategies, behaviour change, and sustainable ways of working — helping people build confidence, navigate challenges, and apply what they learn day-to-day.

Whether we're supporting individuals, managers, or senior leaders, our aim is the same: to enable people to work more effectively, feel more confident, and perform at their best in a way that works for them.

How is it different from a Workplace Needs Assessment?

A Workplace Needs Assessment identifies needs and recommends adjustments. Coaching goes further, walking alongside you over time to turn those insights into real skills, strategies, and confidence you can use day-to-day.

How is it different from therapy or counselling?

Coaching is forward-focused and workplace-specific. It doesn't treat mental health conditions; instead, it offers practical, supportive tools to help you perform effectively and feel more at ease at work.

Who delivers it?

Every session is led by qualified psychologists and experienced coaches with genuine neurodiversity and workplace expertise — so you're always in safe, knowledgeable, and understanding hands.

Why Coaching

Why Coaching Makes a Difference

Many people spend years finding ways to cope at work, often working against how their brain naturally functions rather than with it. Without the right support, this can mean masking difficulties, feeling constantly on the back foot, or simply not understanding why some tasks feel harder than they should.

Coaching enables individuals to understand their neurodivergent profile, empowering them to recognise challenges, identify strengths, and apply effective strategies in their work.

As individuals and managers become more aware and empowered through coaching, their experiences can influence others in the organisation, fostering a culture of understanding and inclusivity. This, in turn, supports talent retention and enhances the organisation's reputation for valuing neurodiversity.

"Before coaching, I felt like I was constantly firefighting at work. Having someone help me understand how I work best — and build strategies around that — has completely changed how I approach my role. I feel far more in control and far more confident."

Our Difference

Coaching Powered by Do-IT Profiler

Most coaching starts with conversation. Ours starts with insight. Using the Do-IT Profiler, we build a clear understanding of how someone works — highlighting strengths and areas of challenge.

This insight can also be complemented by our workplace assessments, helping to connect individual strategies with the wider work environment where needed. From there, coaching focuses on what matters most — turning insight into practical, sustainable ways of working.
